Refund policy


At Cause Chaos, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange.  Your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a smooth process.

Exchange Policy:

  • We accommodate exchanges for items that are the incorrect size, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any products to receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Store Credit:

  • While we do not issue refunds for change of mind, we may offer store credit depending on the specific circumstances. Please reach out to us to explore your options.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We're all about customer satisfaction. If an item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days from date you receive your item.  To start the process, please contact us at info@causechaos.com.au.  

What If You Change Your Mind?

  • Should you change your mind, items can be returned for an exchange or store credit, provided they meet our Return Conditions.
  • Please note, there are no monetary refunds for returns based on change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned items must be free from any scents like perfume or deodorant, and absent of make-up, tan marks, glitter, or pet hair.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are not covered by Cause Chaos, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Processing Returns:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your exchange or store credit.
